Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, Walnut Family Farm does not offer refunds or returns on digital downloads. All sales are final.

Duplicate Purchases:

If you accidentally purchase the same item multiple times, we can process a refund for duplicate orders. You must contact us within seven (7) days of the duplicate purchase with proof of purchase and order numbers.

Other Circumstances:

In rare cases, we may review refund requests for technical issues or duplicate purchases. All requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and we’ll respond within 48–72 hours.

Reason for refund request

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
